The breakfast was a highlight, especially since we hadn't realized it was included when we booked without it. We could pick from seven filling, delicious menus inspired by different countries, including Italy and Mexico. The dining room's lower floor felt like a museum of 19th-20th-century antiques, and there were ancient boulders in the courtyard too. Such a fascinating place. You can tell the owners care about the hotel and their guests. We only stopped in Gyumri for one night, but had a wonderful stay. The staff were polite and friendly, and our room was clean and tidy. They'd laid out toiletries, including good shampoo and a dental kit, and left tea, coffee, and water. When we asked about the restaurant menu, a staff member went down to the lower floors to show it to us, which was really sweet. After I cut myself, they brought out the whole first aid kit and treated it. When we left, they sent us off with warm smiles.

I'm glad I picked Vale Hotel for my business trip. Thanks, Aram, for putting together such a comfortable hotel and restaurant complex. The room had new furniture, a comfortable bed, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, and shower. Everything was clean, including the en-suite bathroom, and it had what I needed.
