The location worked really well for us. Republic Square was under a 10-minute walk away, and a large 24/7 supermarket nearby had an ATM and currency exchange. We arrived by taxi after Sylvia first called at 10am on our arrival day to check our timing, then rang again at 3pm to explain there was an issue with our original room and offer a free upgrade. At check-in, she showed us two room options and spoke very good English, so communication was easy. We only looked at one before choosing it. There were three of us, with one double bed and a single bed that looked unstable, almost like a hospital bed. We moved its sheets and cover to the sofa, which was comfortable for sleeping. The room was clean and tidy, with a clean bathroom and kitchen area, microwave, and cups. The receptionist said the tap water was fine, but we don't drink it, so bottled water would have been helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I spent a week here on my first visit to Yerevan and was really happy with the stay. The staff were respectful and very helpful, the hotel was clean, and the water stayed hot. It's conveniently close to Republic Square, with a 24-hour supermarket across the street. I'd happily come back.

We were welcomed warmly at Hotel Tigran Mets, and they upgraded our rooms for free. The rooms were clean, and the location made it easy to explore the city on foot. A great stay.

Parking was the last thing that really got on my nerves. I asked for a spot ahead of time and was told it wouldn't be a problem, but there were only two spaces, with two cars behind them blocking the exit. The hotel shares that little parking area with nearby businesses, so you're left waiting or moving your car. The hotel was dirty and untidy, nothing like the photos, and breakfast didn't taste good.

The view from the 11th floor was great, and the elevator was brand new. The place felt warm, clean, and recently renovated when I checked in. I don't have anything bad to say and would recommend it for those reasons.
