Nairi SPA Resorts Hotel

The surroundings are beautiful, with lovely nature, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Still, for what we paid, the overall experience fell short. The pool and lockers are old and need renovation. The balcony restaurant was another letdown. It was dirty and uninviting, with tables out of place and cigarette ends, ash, and dust often left on them. Breakfast was poor too. The eggs were much too salty, there wasn’t much variety, and we didn’t enjoy the sweets or jams. There was very little fruit, and it didn’t look clean or appetizing. The apples tasted of garlic, maybe from the knives used. The only meal we truly liked was at the paid restaurant.

The price felt far too high for what we got, 100k for 2 nights, and the service was awful 😖. The location is good, close to the river and forest, but room service was terrible and the food options were poor. A bad experience overall.

The location is lovely, with scenic mountains, a nearby river, and a beautiful building. The rest of the stay was deeply disappointing, especially as a hotelier. We thought the quoted price covered 2 nights, then found out at check-in it was for 1 night. The pricing was misleading, communication was very poor, and we struggled to find anyone on staff who understood us. Nobody explained the facilities or what our stay included. Breakfast had very little variety and was very poor. They advertised a dinner buffet, but what was served didn’t even reach the level of basic snacks. The stay wasn’t good value at all. A beautiful property let down by poor management and a lack of care for guests. I wouldn’t return or recommend it in its current state.

Nairi spa resorts kept a wild bear in a tiny, filthy concrete cage for NINE years!! They only gave him up now that he’s sick and they don’t want to look after him. They practice animal cruelty, so don’t support this resort!!!
