Greta made us feel very welcome, and she put real care into making breakfast. The place is peaceful and a little out of the way. We had a pleasant stay, though it isn't a luxury spot. The service was excellent.

After horseback riding and hiking around the region, this was a great place to come back to. Our room was perfect, and having a balcony was a nice extra. We had dinner here too, and it was delicious and well priced. The staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand.

My family stayed at Odzun two weeks ago, and the people were incredibly kind. The view was gorgeous, and the food they made was delicious. Thank you, tikin Greta! Wonderful stay, we'd have missed out if we hadn't chosen this place.

We arrived at the beginning of April in cold weather, and the heating wasn't working because the radiators were broken. We asked for small heaters, but all three they brought were useless and just made a loud noise. The WC didn't work either. The worst part was asking for bottled water and getting sealed bottles that looked new but contained a mix of water and vodka. We gave some to our dog. Total negligence.

Arev, Greta and Vahram treated us like family. They're genuinely kind people. The breakfast and dinner they served were beyond amazing, and felt like a real expression of the culture. The location is a wonderful place to take in nature and get a sense of village life.
