This place felt stuck in the Soviet era. The rooms are outdated, the toilet and fridge were broken, the faucets were dirty, and there were no towels. The service and rooms were below subpar. They charge $240 a night for a weekday cottage, and now I understand why they take payment upfront. I’m sure plenty of people feel swindled after only a few hours, with no way to get their money back after being disappointed. The TV looked like it was showing in 1990's resolution. A window on the second floor opens with a button, and a baby could open it and fall out. That’s a serious safety issue. I would never spend another dollar to stay here.

It was a pleasant place for a day away from the city, with the lake on one side and a small water park on the other. We could relax in the sun and splash around in the pool or lake, away from the city bustle. The staff were accommodating and quick to help. The pool water was really cold, though not quite as cold as the lake. Apart from that, we had a nice time.

The room cost a lot, but the sauna wasn’t included, and an hour cost $120 for one person. That’s insane, and I’ll never come back. The indoor pool was supposedly heated, but it was colder than outside. The food and service were garbage, and the game room and gym were a mess. Everything felt old. Worst hotel of my life.

It’s shameful to charge so much for a place with service this bad. Everything feels old and dated, the beach chairs are broken, and the changing areas are always filthy and full of spiders. The people working there look so sad and stressed. It’s clear to me that management doesn’t care about them.
