Lake Sevan Hostel

The helpful, welcoming staff and easy access to the town's main sights and local amenities made this a great spot. I stayed one night in this small-town hostel. It isn't fancy, but it had what I needed for a comfortable stay. There are around 12 beds in a single room, which felt cozy and sociable. I met some amazing fellow travelers, and that sense of community made it feel more like home than a typical hostel. I loved the homely atmosphere and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a warm, friendly place in this quaint town.

I rented a scooter for 5000 and chose the smaller of the two because the owner said the large one didn't work well. The next day, I found out the smaller scooter didn't work either. When I asked for a replacement, he refused, and he wouldn't refund me when I asked for my money back. The whole thing wasted my time. Afterward, the owner's brother threatened over the phone to come fight me 😂. Never again, crazy family business. Do not stay here! The place looks like a bombshell, worse than parts of Africa 👎

A clean, cosy hostel with friendly people, in an interesting area not far from the town center. I loved sitting on the covered deck and watching life go by. There's space to park a motorcycle or bikes off the street. It was 5000dram for one person for one night.

The owner was helpful and said to contact him any time about anything. The hostel is clean and comfortable, in a great spot near Lake Sevan in the small town of Sevan. There's a spacious dorm room for 12 as well as a twin room. In March 2023, a new shower was being installed in the dorm. The kitchen has a small fridge, two burners, and a kettle that doesn't always work.
