We all had a good time here. The room was spacious and the linens were good quality. Check-in felt warm and friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner. We’d picked up mushrooms at a roadside stand, and the kitchen cooked them for us.

The reception team made a real difference, helping with whatever we needed and making it easier to get around the area. They worked hard to make the stay comfortable. I’d choose this guesthouse again if I return to the south of Armenia.

The rooms were large and comfortable, and the food was great. Breakfast was fresh, with lots of homemade things like honey, yoghurt, jam, and milk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A wonderful place to stay in Sisian!

Karahaunj and Shaki waterfall are only a few minutes away by car, so this worked really well as a base for seeing them. The staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the food delicious. They arranged local tours and my transfer back to Yerevan, which I appreciated. The owner speaks impeccable English, so everything went smoothly.

The beds are comfortable and the breakfasts are decent, but get there early or there may be nothing left. The hotel is not bad.
