The spa had no changing rooms, which was especially odd given how far the accommodation was from the facilities. We also had to pay for replacement slippers after forgetting the pair we'd been given, and the spa reception wouldn't provide another set for free. I found that very unprofessional. We had booked a cottage advertised with a mountain view, but got one facing other buildings. It was also described as a five-minute walk from the hotel, though the route is a steep 10% incline. We were lucky to have a car. The receptionist said a better room was only possible if we extended our stay, and the transfer cost extra too. That's unacceptable to me. Inside, the heating barely worked through the reversible air conditioner, despite it being -5°C outside. There was only one small bottle of shower gel for the two of us. I don't recommend this place at all.
