We’ve been living here for three months and haven’t run into any problems. I’m not sure why so many of the reviews are negative.

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable four-day stay, and we really appreciated the champagne left for us. My one gripe was the bed: the mattress and sheets could have been decent quality. Everything kept getting static, so I had to buy an antistatic product. Otherwise, thank you, we had a great stay.
