It’s a tiny hotel with just four rooms, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had the essentials, and breakfast was simple. Republic Square is about a 20-minute walk away. The receptionist greeted us warmly when we arrived and walked us through everything about our stay. All in all, a good place to stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, including a mini fridge. They cleaned it every day. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee bags, plus sweets and mini croissants, which was a nice extra. I liked the stay, though the location may not suit people who want quiet, since it’s near the road and can get noisy. For me, being a 20-minute walk from the Cascade was a plus.

Gayane at reception deserves a special thanks for the tasty breakfasts and Turkish coffee. The staff were kind and helpful, and the small, four-room hotel was very clean, with rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Yerevan’s city center is easy to reach on foot. I highly recommend it.
