Bathrooms, the kitchen, and shared spaces were all tidy, and the hostel itself was clean and looked after. The staff were helpful and polite. It's affordable and comfortable, with a bus stop nearby. I'd recommend it.

It has a laid-back, communal feel, with lots of people from different countries around. The host was great, and the grounds are lovely.

I felt embarrassed and unsafe after the administrator, Naira, insulted and harassed me in front of other guests on my last day. She was also extremely rude and unprofessional, and even tried to take a knife from me while I was cooking. The rooms weren't clean, and the six-bed dorm had no fan, so it was really uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying longer than one or two nights. For that short a stay, it might be okay, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than that. This was far from the hospitality I expected, and I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

I arrived after booking through Booking.com and paying for taxis, only to learn they didn't have the room they had advertised. The older woman just said “sorry,” but that didn't make up for the wasted time, taxi fare, or stress of going back and forth. This was completely unacceptable and absolutely not where I'd book a vacation. I don't recommend it. If you want your trip ruined like mine, go ahead and try it.

I wish I could rate it zero. It looked great on Booking.com, but when I got there they wouldn't give me the room I'd booked. They offered just one night for the same price, so I left. They were rude. Terrible scammers, don't go.
