The owner was very accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. It's also really convenient, close to the city center, Republic Square, restaurants, and supermarkets. We'll definitely book here again when we're in Yerevan.

Khachatur, the hotel owner, even treated me to peaches in the morning, and I’m so grateful. The location is perfect and very convenient. The room is clean, nicely designed, and comfortably furnished. It has all the amenities I needed, including a stove, kettle, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, towels, and slippers. Highly recommend it!

We only stayed one night while passing through, but I'd happily return with my husband if we're in Yerevan again. The room was quiet and dark at night, which made for a perfect sleep, and the location was convenient. I messaged from the airport with our estimated arrival time, and the owner was waiting at the door to meet us. The place was clean, cozy, and quiet. There was a kettle, cups, cooking utensils, and a stove, as well as air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a small fridge, and an in-room safe. The bathroom had sealed soap, clean towels, mini shampoos, and disposable slippers. I'm so glad we chose it.
