The room itself was fine, but the checkout was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’ve traveled around the world for years and never had anything like it. This is the first negative review I’ve written. We were a little late checking out, which was our fault. But instead of giving us a few minutes to gather our things, the owner came into the room and watched us while we packed. My wife had just got out of the shower, and he didn’t apologize or acknowledge that she was still getting dressed. We were out in about five minutes and won’t return. I’m sure others have had good stays, but this was too strange not to mention.
