The overcharging was the worst part. After a long argument, when we challenged the amount, they gave back only some of our money instead of a full refund. They also made us buy slippers for 3500 AMD per person, and dealt with that rudely. As a tourist, I found the whole visit the worst experience of my trip. The staff and lifeguards were all unfriendly and disrespectful, without even one smile. One of the worst places I’ve visited. Stop overcharging tourists! Stay away from this hell.

The breakfast was the good part, and the rooms were spacious, but they felt old and gloomy. Some lights didn’t work, and the heater wasn’t working properly. The place has potential, but I hope they improve it, update their policies, and add better amenities. Our guide booked it during our visit to Yerevan, and the Booking.com photos had given us high hopes. But they couldn’t provide basic things for hotel guests, including drinking water, towels, swimming caps, and robes. They insisted we use the towels from our room rather than lend us another set for a quick swim. Since the chalets are in another building from reception, we had to walk back there again.

We came here because the nearby aquapark was closed. It was fairly clean, though old and sparsely decorated, and the staff were friendly. Photography seemed to be allowed everywhere, which felt strange, with people constantly taking pictures. After 3:30 pm, a big group of teenage boys arrived and played noisily with balls in the pool, making it impossible to enjoy our time there. Entry cost 3000 AMD, but slippers starting at 3000 AMD and swimming caps from 1500 AMD were mandatory purchases. The ticket didn’t include the sauna, jacuzzi, or a proper swimming pool. It was mostly one large pool with water jets and a few slides. The slides ran only once every 1.5 hours, for about half an hour.

We used to like coming here because the water is warm, but now we’re disappointed with the pool. Tiles are coming loose in many places, including the children’s pool. My toddler hurt herself last time and her leg was bleeding. This time, while playing with her, I accidentally cut part of my toe on a tile in the children’s pool. It’s unsafe, and they aren’t doing anything about it. The fees aren’t low, and they should be spending money on renovations and safety improvements.
