The room at Arch Apart Hotel in Yerevan was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom worked well. Wifi was amazing too. The shared areas inside the hotel were spotless and perfectly maintained, and the service was excellent. The location was perfect, and our expectations were completely exceeded. We highly recommend staying here. Watch the video directions they send a couple of times, though, so you don’t get disoriented when you arrive.

I was excited to try Arch Apart Hotel because I was staying about two minutes away and wanted to switch from where I was. I called, they sent a link, and since I was so close I said I’d stop by to see the rooms. Reviews in Armenia generally can’t be relied on. The entrance is down a hidden alley, and the building entrance was the weirdest I’ve seen. I texted and called to ask which floor, but got no answer for over an hour. Their website didn’t say either, so I went floor by floor and eventually found them on the 8th floor. I knocked on the main entrance door and again got no response. This was around 7pm in August, a very busy season. A couple of hours later they replied, “The working day is over,” and said in the same message they’d call me back. If they can’t even text which floor they’re on, I can’t trust this place with my stay. The customer service felt unprofessional and unreliable, and I’d worry that if anything went wrong during the stay, I’d be left completely on my own.

It’s modern and clean, and the location is great. Arch Apart Hotel seems like a good choice whether you’re travelling alone or with friends or family. I’ll definitely come again!
