The room was cold because the heating didn’t seem strong enough, and it was missing basics like tissues and a trash bin. I also ran into a payment problem with the booking platform: my payment wasn’t registered, so I had to pay again at the hotel and wound up about 20% over because of extra charges. The staff were polite and helpful, which I appreciated, but the facilities and payment experience need work.

I slept well because the hotel is in a quiet area away from the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was a very pleasant stay.

We felt right at home thanks to the kind, attentive staff. The two-bedroom apartment was cozy and clean, with heating and hot water, and the building felt safe. It’s conveniently close to the station. A few small maintenance things needed attention, as is typical for the area. Breakfast was simple but enough, and it suited us for one night. The room was really clean and comfortable, with nice bedding and a good mattress. Everyone was so friendly, it felt like home. Egor makes eggs really well, and Liza was especially welcoming and helpful. I’ll be back many times.
