We spent five days on the fourth floor and were very pleased. From the top floor, you can see the city and Mount Ararat, and there are balconies on all three floors. The courtyard has a clean pool and barbecue facilities, while downstairs there’s a great sauna at a very reasonable price. There’s also a ping-pong table. Our room was clean, and Grigory was friendly and attentive to what guests needed. Hot water was available around the clock, and we had no trouble getting dishes, a kettle, or fresh towels.

That pool and the little table beneath the walnut tree were a real treat in the 40-degree heat. My wife and I stayed in mid-July, and the hotel felt quiet and cozy despite being in a central spot. Special thanks to the owner for being so hospitable and helpful, and for the ice-cold spring water. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The owner was kind and welcoming, and offered advice and help with planning excursions. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and there’s a pool. They also change the bed linen.
