Breakfast was good quality and the service was good too. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very clean, and the location worked well.

I found cockroaches in my room and they wouldn’t move me to another one. The staff were very unfriendly. The facilities are old, and the rooms are tiny and badly maintained. Don’t stay here.

The hotel is clean, in a great spot, and the staff are friendly. But the breakfast meant walking to another hotel every day, as though they had an arrangement there. In the middle of winter, our room heating was off, and it took hours for the freezing room to warm up. The radiator ventilation wasn’t working properly either, and getting help from staff took a while and some back and forth. They didn’t have a split unit, so I stayed just one night.

We stayed in a different nearby building run by Median Hotel, and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and roomy, right in the middle of Yerevan, with shops, restaurants, and most monuments just a few minutes away. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the price felt very good for what you get. I liked breakfast too, though I’d have liked more options. Once food runs out, they don’t refill it after a certain time. I’d stay again.
