We had a great stay in Armenia, thanks in part to the very helpful staff. The place was spotlessly clean, and there’s a lovely balcony where you can take in the view of the city. It sits at a higher elevation, overlooking Yerevan. I recommend it.

I had an unforgettable stay at Areve Residence. The view of Yerevan from the hotel was excellent, and everything was very clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast included English and French options. The staff were especially cooperative and helpful, with hotel manager Gohar being fabulous and able to sort out everything. I really enjoyed staying here and recommend experiencing the hotel and its view if you visit Yerevan.

George, Magarita, her elder sister, and the bearded staff member were all warm, friendly, and hospitable. They made us feel at home and were so helpful. The rooms were spacious and good, and the senior older lady cleaned them well. It was a pleasant stay.

I stayed for a week, and both check-in and check-out were really fast. The service, rooms, and the La Fayette restaurant inside the hotel were splendid. I can’t wait to return to Yerevan and stay here again. Be sure to admire the view over Yerevan from the hotel, even at the beginning of winter.

The restaurant was exceptionally good, though a little pricey by Armenian standards. The only thing we could complain about was a bad smell in the shower, which seems to be a common problem in Armenia.
