RIS Opera Apartments Yerevan

Finding the place was quite difficult, and it’s a bit of a climb up stairs once you get there. But the rooms were immaculate, the stay was very nice, and service was good whenever we needed it. The price was very reasonable for somewhere so close to the city centre. I’d recommend it if stairs and the uphill walk are okay for you.

The room was roomy, modern, and really comfortable. I've stayed in plenty of five-star hotels, and this place was even better. Great staff and a great location too. Highly recommend it!

The hosts were incredibly kind, and the apartment was clean, modern, and beautifully looked after. I was even given chocolates with a note in French for my birthday, which fell during my stay. The only small catch is the stairs: the apartments are on floors four through six and there’s no lift. I’m overweight, so it turned into a bit of exercise for me. Thanks for the lovely hospitality. I’ll come back next time I’m in Yerevan.

We've been here twice, both stays in a LOFT room, and would gladly book again. The staff were ready to sort out any issue at any hour. Before arriving early, we messaged around 1:00 AM to ask about leaving our suitcases at 7:00 AM, ahead of check-in. They promptly sent the electronic lock codes and explained where to leave the bags at reception, though they warned us nobody from the staff would be there that early. The aparthotel is near the city center and takes up two floors, the 4th and 5th, of the building. There’s no elevator, which is the one downside. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with fresh modern renovations, a simple cozy design, robes and slippers, a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a lovely shower. We definitely recommend it.
