Breakfasts were outstanding, and the rooms were pristine, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, a lovely place for our family to retreat to. The care and attention to detail impressed us, and the organization was flawless. My personal thanks to Oganes for his excellent management and thoughtful, personal service. He made sure every part of our stay was handled so well. We chose the hotel for a long-awaited reunion with my parents, and it helped make the meeting special and easy. Seeing them again after so long was emotional, and the warm atmosphere added to it. It was an unforgettable Easter holiday. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Republic Square is just a five-minute walk away, and there’s a supermarket close by. We had a warm, wonderful stay, and the hotel was so kid-friendly that it made the trip easier and more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff welcoming. Special thanks to mr. Hovhanness for being so kind and making us feel at home. He helped arrange a great driver to explore armenia and gave us guidance on places to visit. We loved every moment. Highly recommend for families!

The rooms are big and work well for families, and the staff’s hospitality is great. It’s close to all the important tourist spots in Yerevan, so it’s a perfect location for visiting the city. Mr. Hovhannes was caring and helpful, offered guidance, and arranged tours in Armenia. Just book here and let them take care of you.

The manager is so sweet and caring, I recommend this place a hundred percent. The lobby looks cool, and the glass art is jaw-dropping, with an unbelievable amount of detail. The room was clean too. And the location, right by the square and fountains, is great, with a bank, restaurants, shopping, and everything else nearby. Go there, trust, you’ll leave with great memories and satisfaction.

I recently stayed briefly at the Moscow house hotel. My room was the largest, 52 sq m, and housekeeping came daily. Breakfast was continental, always on time, fresh, and tasty. The service really was excellent. Olga and Oganes, the managers, deserve special thanks for taking care of all my requests without delay. It’s also well located, about a 10-minute walk from Republic Square. My highest recommendations.
