Holiday Inn Express - Yerevan by IHG

The people here made Yerevan feel even brighter. Our room was comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden below, and the location was good. Breakfast wasn’t a huge spread, but it was fresh, tasty, and well done. The staff were warm and genuine from check-in through check-out, always answering questions with a smile. They surprised us with baklavas for our anniversary, flaky and syrupy, and made a delicious, fresh cake for my birthday. It felt like a real celebration, not just a token slice. Those thoughtful touches made both occasions memorable. I’d absolutely stay again for the comfort and the care.

The team was wonderfully friendly, especially Maria from Reservations and Khachatur. We had a great stay, with delicious food, very clean rooms, and a convenient spot in the center. We can’t recommend it enough and are looking forward to coming back!

We were very happy with the service and the value, and would gladly stay here again. Since our trip was a birthday gift for my wife, the hotel arranged a room with a lovely garden view and a small cake for her. It was a thoughtful surprise. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a good bed and everything we needed. Breakfast had a nice range of choices, very good for a Holiday Inn Express. The location made it easy to get to the city center and main attractions, which are close by. Babylon, a great restaurant nearby, is worth considering for dinner.

Syuzi at reception made check-in easy, answered all my questions, and gave me helpful recommendations for the city. She was friendly, professional, and her positive attitude really improved my stay. The hotel itself is modern and clean, in a great area with everything within walking distance. My room was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast exceeded what I expected from an express-style hotel. I’d choose it again and recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan.
