I couldn’t find any food options at the hotel or nearby, so you have to take a taxi every time. The location on Google Maps was wrong; I updated it to help others, since drivers would otherwise drop you at the back. There are too many stairs, and no one helped with my bags. The staff member had back pain, so you have to manage everything yourself. It’s basically a homestay, not a hotel. Don’t book.

The view from our room was lovely, with a mountain in sight, and the staff were very friendly and caring. The one downside was a bad smell in the bathroom.

I arrived to find the room in extremely poor condition, with no sheets or pillowcases on either bed and a broken shower. When I told my trip organizer about the problems, I was scheduled to move to another hotel. The receptionist then came to my room and opened the door, which is absolutely unacceptable. I was in the middle of an online meeting and had to shoo him away. That raised a major safety and security concern for me, especially as a female traveler. Probably one of the strangest and worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. Never stay here.

The rooms are very old and dated, and the staff were terrible. I’d never stay here again.

The room had plenty of space, and we enjoyed the view. There was a little fridge and a dining table too. Everything was clean, and the staff were nice.
