The hotel sits in a quiet area, with the centre, Cascade, and major sights a short walk or quick metro ride away. Some rooms don’t have private balconies, and rooms facing the street or near busy shared areas can sometimes be noisy. The rooms themselves are modern, clean, comfortable, often spacious, and finished to a good standard. Guests also have access to free parking, an indoor pool and spa area, and a complimentary breakfast with a good variety. What stands out is the friendly, professional staff, who make guests feel genuinely welcome. For both business and leisure stays, it offers a good mix of comfort and value.

Our stay at Dave Hotel has been a huge disappointment, especially for the price. My best friend and I are still here, and from the first night there was loud, constant ventilation noise that we couldn’t turn off ourselves. We lost a night’s sleep, then got rude, dismissive replies when we told the staff. It took several complaints before anyone came to fix it that afternoon. The bathroom has a persistent sewage smell, and the hygiene overall feels questionable. When we went swimming, water leaked from the rotten ceiling into the pool. The place feels neglected and badly maintained, far below what I’d expect at this price. Our room also went several days without cleaning. When we asked for clean towels and service, staff blamed us for not putting out a door sign, though there were no door hangers in our room. They treated us as if we were lying instead of helping, which was insulting and unprofessional. Rude staff, poor hygiene, and a thoroughly disappointing stay. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. It’s a great location, just a short way from the city centre, and especially good value compared with nearby hotels. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was actually quite good, despite what some earlier reviews said. The pool and sauna were good too, though there were no towels, and the hotel is in a decent spot, a few steps from a metro station and not quite in the centre. Still, I was disappointed with my recent stay in Yerevan. The reviews were fairly high and the family room seemed reasonably priced, so I gave the hotel a try, but the place felt shabby. Carpets and furniture were stained in both the room and common areas, and there was water damage in the bathroom. Worst of all, you had to ask the front desk to turn on the shower’s hot water. I’m surprised a modern hotel operates that way. It reminded me of something I might have encountered in the region 20 years ago. I can’t recommend it, and I’m still surprised by all the positive reviews.
