8/10
The gym was well equipped, and the staff there and throughout the hotel were friendly. The pool and gym make up for some shortcomings, even though there are better hotels in Yerevan. During my 19 days, a couple of room cleanings were missed, which wasn’t great, and breakfast got a bit repetitive over that long stay. The rooms are adequate, with nothing seriously wrong, though they could use a little refurbishment.

For a 3 star hotel, you get a lot for your money. Management is amazing, the staff are friendly, and everything is very clean. WiFi was solid, and there’s central A/C. Visa and Mastercard both worked fine.

The breakfast was awful, and the hotel itself was very poor.
