Delin Hotel

There was mold across the ceiling and walls, even inside the cupboard, and black hairs in the room made it feel unclean. The A.C. barely worked, and there were no windows to air the room out. When we asked to change rooms or get a refund, staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Breakfast looked old and unappetizing. The city center is fairly close, but the hotel itself was a disaster. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel wouldn’t take credit cards, which seemed suspicious to me. Mold covered the ceiling and walls and was even inside the cupboard. With no windows and an A.C. that barely worked, the humidity was unbearable and made the mold worse. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They acted as if they were seeing the mold for the first time, though it clearly seemed like an old problem. They offered neither a room change nor a refund. The room also had black hairs, and breakfast looked stale. Avoid this place.

I stayed in July 2023, and the accommodation was new with good amenities for the price. The three ladies at reception were especially helpful whenever I asked for something on different occasions. Highly recommended.

My room was tiny and had no window. The internet went out for two straight days, breakfast was abysmal, and the staff barely spoke English. Terrible service.
