The staff listened to my requests and did their best to accommodate me, and the service and cleanliness were at the high standard I expect from Hilton. The hotel is also well placed for walking to the Old Town, where prices are more affordable. I felt comfortable during my stay, though a few things concerned me. The room floor had noticeable wear, with dents and small holes. Heat came in through the window, leaving the room quite cold and making it uncomfortable to sleep near that side. The ceiling shower seemed partly clogged, so the pressure and amount of water felt insufficient. The weather was very foggy most of the time, so I couldn’t see Mount Ararat until my last day. That was outside anyone’s control, but even once it cleared, the building in front made the view quite different from what I’d imagined. I’d been looking forward to it, so I felt a little disappointed, though I understand it isn’t the hotel’s fault. I’m especially grateful to the female staff member at the hammam reception on the nights of February 2nd and 4th. She was extremely kind and helpful, and her warm service left a very positive impression. I forgot to ask her name, but I’d appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks.

The spa facilities and massages were quite good, especially for the reasonable price. Breakfast had a solid selection and decent quality, and the lobby bar serves pretty good pizza in the evening, with a nice variety of drinks if you’d rather stay in. The clean rooms and generally friendly, helpful staff made for a comfortable stay, and I thought the hotel was good value for the price. I didn’t receive my Diamond welcome gift at first, but staff sorted it promptly after I mentioned it. There were a few minor inconveniences, but I’d consider staying here again and can recommend it.

Dinner at Mora Restaurant was amazing, with delicious food and great service. Eduard and Shushan were so welcoming and helpful, and made our stay even better. We had a great time at DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Our room phone hadn’t worked since check-in, but it didn’t really bother us given how great everything else was. We’d definitely stay again! 🌟

Every staff member I met, at reception, the restaurant, and the bar, was young, enthusiastic, and really kind. The breakfast area had a pleasant atmosphere, and the people serving there were friendly, spoke English, and were very nice. Breakfast was excellent, especially the chicken curry 💜. And I loved the welcome cookie, fresh, still warm, and very tasty! I couldn’t upload the video, so I’m attaching screenshots from the one I took in the breakfast area. Staying at the hotel was a pleasure.

I felt really well taken care of at Hilton Garden Inn Yerevan. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the food was delicious and well prepared. It had a relaxing atmosphere, too. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
