There was construction during the day, and it was noisy. It would've been nice to know about it beforehand. Otherwise, I'd definitely return and highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are quite big and have nice balconies, and the staff were friendly and helpful with tips on the city and supermarket. The location was perfect, and breakfast was very tasty with plenty of options, including lovely desserts and salads.

The location is the main luxury here, right in the city center and great for walking tours around Yerevan. The rooms are quite large and have balconies, with good Wi-Fi and cable TV, though the pillows were very hard. Breakfast is decent, but nothing special or luxurious. The nine-floor building has only one elevator, and it goes just to the eighth floor. Apart from the location, there's nothing luxurious.

Breakfast was generous, with both sweet and savory options, and the hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms are huge and have everything needed for a pleasant stay, though the building is Soviet-era. It's in a great location, within walking distance of attractions and city landmarks, and excellent value for money. I recommend it.

Right in the city center, but still quiet, which is great. The staff were friendly, my favorite part, and breakfast was decent. Parking is included, though the spaces are very tight. It's a good hotel and quite reasonable for the price. The only downside I noticed was that there was no coffee at breakfast.
