The guesthouse is about 10 km from the city center, but the nearest bus stop is only a two-minute walk away. Bus 18 goes straight to France Square, and Yandex Go Taxi and Yandex Eats are readily available. We got a taxi to the airport immediately at 3 AM, and the staff were still awake then. They also let us check in early at 6 AM. Breakfast is usually served from 9 AM to 10:30 AM, but the caretaker lady saved some for us on request so we could sleep in. Very friendly staff, and I’d definitely recommend this guesthouse.

The main downside is that it’s quite far from the city center, with little infrastructure nearby. Taxis are cheap here, though, so getting around wasn’t a problem. For a relatively low price, it’s a very nice mini-hotel. The countryside air is fresh, and the rooms were neat and warm during a cold March. They had air conditioning, towels, shampoo, and a toothbrush.

The owner was wonderful and very welcoming. It’s in a quiet area with a supermarket nearby, and you can get to the city center easily by taxi or bus. We’d gladly return and recommend it to others.
