We were moved out the day before our reservation ended because they said they urgently needed the apartment. They offered another room, but wouldn’t even cover the taxi to get there. The apartment we’d been given had a broken refrigerator, a broken jacuzzi (the only reason we booked it), and half the lights didn’t work. Full House is a large travel company that owns many properties in Yerevan, and the organization is TERRIBLE. They list on Airbnb, then ask you to cancel and arrange things privately so they can avoid paying a commission. After that, there’s no guarantee they won’t rip you off. They care about their profits, not your comfort. Be careful when booking and wary of this company. Enjoy your stay!
