Back in Sep 2012, their dog was still just a few months old. I stayed for a visit and really enjoyed breakfast around the dining table, chatting with the lovely hostess mum about everyday life in Yerevan, past and present.

We only stayed a few days, but I already wanted to come back. The owners were so kind and friendly, and they speak English. The rooms are cozy, clean, and have everything you need. It's also a handy spot, about a five-minute walk to the metro and just two stops from the center. Definitely recommend.

You feel at home here. The owners are super friendly and treat guests like family, and they do a great job keeping their Labrador under control. The metro is less than five minutes away. Such an amazing place.
