The owner was kind, professional, and very accommodating. It’s a quiet, secure place where I could really rest, and it’s close to the city center. There’s a nearby bakery with good bread at very low prices, plenty of top-rated restaurants around, and the 24-hour "SAS" supermarket is close by too. This was the best hotel we visited in Yerevan.

I cancelled my reservation because of the owner’s impolite response. I’d booked the apartment on Booking after seeing bad Google reviews from a small group of people, but decided to give it a chance since it looked good and was close to the city center. Even though I already had a confirmation email in my Booking inbox, the owner asked me to get in touch on Whatsapp to confirm. I asked why and said firmly that I’d prefer to communicate through Booking, and the reply was impolite. One star for the communication and approach.

The rooms are spotless and comfortable, with more than suitable amenities. The owner communicates well and is happy to help with any requests. Amazing hotel, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Yerevan. 🤩

The check-in system was really convenient, and many thanks to Assiya for letting us check in early in the morning. Our room was cosy and nice, and the location was perfect.
