In City Hotel

Avoid this place. It seems like a scam. My friends and I booked three rooms, then all three were given vague cancellations at the last minute, right before our trip. The hotel hasn't responded at all.

We felt cared for from the moment we arrived at INN CITY Hotel, which made our one-day trip to Yerevan even more special. The hotel was spotless, had all the amenities we needed, and sits near supermarkets and bakeries. Some of the city's popular spots, fine dining restaurants, and markets were about a 20-minute walk away. Margarita & Erik were so kind and went out of their way to share useful tips on places to visit and getting around the city. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Yerevan stole a piece of our hearts, and the hotel helped make our short trip memorable. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming stay.

We booked four twin rooms several months ago. I messaged the hotel many times in between to confirm the beds and room details, but on check-in day they told us they were double-bed rooms, not twins. The twin bed setup was clearly stated in the reservation and in our inbox messages with the hotel. They wouldn't add a mattress or give us a second duvet, so we have to share one bed and one duvet. This is extremely frustrating. They gave all kinds of reasons and justifications, but no proper apology or respectful handling of the situation.
