A handy hotel for visiting the city and going on excursions. The crew were really friendly and helpful, always pitching in whenever we needed anything.

Gago and Ruzana were so welcoming and helpful, and made our stay comfortable. Since we had early day tours, they even packed breakfast for us to take along. The price was very reasonable too.

The garden was a lovely spot for morning coffee, and the quiet neighborhood has a small grocery shop just around the corner. Our hosts, the owner and Ruzanna, were welcoming and looked after us well. The room had the space, window, heating, and city centre access I was looking for, especially since October can already be chilly. It was cleaned regularly, with towels replaced after a few days. Breakfast was decent and changed each day. There was fresh bread, butter, cheese, egg, buckwheat or rice, sausage, cucumber, tomato, jam, and on some days yoghurt and sweet pastry, plus coffee or tea. We bought extra tomatoes and cucumbers because we like more of those. I’m glad the hotel has made a lot of improvements since the reviews I’d read. For this price, I think it’s a very good choice. Thank you ✨⚜️🌻💜
