The spa was lovely, the food was generally good, and the building itself is beautiful, with clean facilities and a convenient location. The meals were definitely much pricier than at local restaurants. Staff friendliness and respect were the main things holding the stay back from feeling like a good four- or five-star experience. At check-in, the manager called out my full name without a proper greeting, then abruptly asked me to pay before I’d even put my bags down. The hotel seemed understaffed in winter, which may have left the staff tired and less attentive, through no fault of their own. When I checked out to catch a plane, reception said they needed to inspect the room first. I felt there was a more tactful way to check which minibar items I’d used. I was happy with the stay overall and hope to return to see some improvements. The hotel has a lot of potential.

The room was nice and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, but the air conditioning didn’t work. Most of the staff were friendly. The man at the front desk on the morning of 18th Feb was unpleasant, never smiled or thanked me, and acted as though he was doing me a favor. That put a damper on an otherwise very nice stay.

The hotel is generally new and clean, and there was a hairdryer in the room. We liked the jacuzzi, though the pool was quite small. The location was convenient, around 15 minutes from the city center and right across from Vernissage Market in Yerevan. There were several things we didn’t like during our four-night stay. The highway noise was quite loud, which could disturb light sleepers, since the hotel is right by a main road. We had no luggage stand and had to leave our suitcase on the floor. The staff were unfriendly and rarely greeted guests. Breakfast was poor for a four-star hotel, and when we arrived a bit late, there were no cups or cutlery left. The carpet was full of hair and hadn’t been vacuumed properly, and housekeeping didn’t clean the room thoroughly during our stay.

The rooms were big and clean, and the beds were spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and nice. I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing hotel.

The room was tidy and comfortable, and the food was perfectly decent for a simple meal. I had a pleasant stay here in Yerevan. It’s a clean, convenient option in the city.
