The people we dealt with were all very friendly, so I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about. When we arrived, reception was empty, but the man in the café let us in and it wasn’t a problem. We stayed three nights. The room was small but clean, the air conditioning worked well, and it was quieter than I expected for such a central spot.

The location made it easy to get to the main sights and everything else nearby. Our room was a good size and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were super nice, kind, and helpful.

The food was bad, there was no air conditioning, and there were no staff around when I checked in or on duty at other times. The door was hard to open properly, the ground floor felt unsafe, and the windows couldn’t be opened. The local language and Russian aren’t commercial languages.

The location was on a small road that was hard to find from the taxi, and nearby hotels and hostels seemed like better options. The staff behavior was terrible. The room was damp and smelled, and the check-in process was a very negative experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We arrived at night, but the receptionist had sent us check-in instructions, so there were no problems. The location was convenient, and everything was great. The interior was beautiful and very clean, with comfortable beds.
