Nairi Hotel

Old rooms and furniture, with no maintenance. There was nothing in the room, not even a cup or napkin, and no mini bar. Breakfast was terrible too. The worst hotel in all of Yerevan. Book a night if you want to torture yourself.

Getting to the center meant taking a taxi, usually Yandex. A ride to Republic Square or nearby cost around 1,000 drams, and I didn’t think the location was good. The staff, including reception, barely spoke English. Our room was very old, the bed was broken and we couldn’t sleep well, and breakfast was extremely poor. This felt much closer to a one-star hotel than a four-star one. I don’t recommend it at all.

We booked the most expensive room, but the bed springs stuck out and the bathroom was extremely dirty. There weren’t even slippers, and they provided no toothbrush or toothpaste. The front door lock was broken. We switched rooms three times and found the same problems each time. I can only imagine the standard rooms are worse. I wanted to cancel, but they refused to refund me, saying, “We won’t give you any money back.” I wouldn’t give this place even one star if I could. Don’t choose it under any circumstances.

The staff were very nice and tried to help, even offering us another room, but we declined. Our room was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable, making the place unbearable to stay in. It definitely isn’t a four-star hotel. If you need somewhere clean and warm, avoid it.
