The room had what I needed, and I was comfortable during my stay. The host even offered me some fruit. It's a little way from the center, but app taxis are easy to get. I hadn't been told that I couldn't stay out after midnight. I came to Yerevan for the weekend nightlife, but the gate closes around 11:30-12, which caused a major inconvenience. The woman managing the place offered to make an exception for one night and said I could come back exactly at 2. It all felt like too much trouble and work, and left a bitter taste.

The owner was very unprofessional, and the place wasn't properly hygienic. I'm never going back.

A quiet spot near the 2800-year-old Erebuni Fortress, with a great guest house and facilities like a kitchen and washing machine. The people were extremely friendly, and the prices were reasonable.

Our family was very happy here. We had a welcoming house with everything the three of us needed: a living room with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, separate entrance, and internet. Shops and a bus stop were a five-minute walk away, and the center was a five-minute drive. It was quiet, and we enjoyed the fresh air!
