This place was freezing, dirty, and uncomfortable, with no heating, no guests, and staff who were mean and inappropriate. The host was rude and the service was poor. I felt threatened with insults, harassment, cheating, being kicked out, and even violence. You could freeze to death if you showed up here. It’s one of the worst hostels in this wonderful country, and I’d stay away completely to avoid serious trouble. The cold season doesn’t help, since they don’t heat the place at all. Staff kept trying to insult and offend me, and with no guests around, it felt even worse. Don’t stay here.
