Ossanna Hotel

While our motorcycle was being repaired, we spent an extended stay at this small hotel and really liked it. We used the outdoor pool every day, enjoyed the fantastic views at the back, and found the place very clean. The service felt friendly and personal. Its spot on the edge of the city suited us, with easy access to the center. I looked at many hotels during our time in Yerevan and stayed in two others, but this one was by far our favorite.

The beds were comfortable, and Wi-Fi was free. The rooms had a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a mini-fridge. There was also a small TV, though we never switched it on. The hotel is on a hill outside the capital, about 15 minutes from the center by taxi. It’s cooler there than at city center hotels, where it gets very hot. There’s a large pool for swimming laps and a pergola where you can relax in the shade. Another pergola behind the hotel has a beautiful panoramic view, a peaceful place to enjoy a drink or two. Hotel Ossanna was a very good experience, and I recommend it.

The evenings on the terrace were especially nice. Artur helped with everything, and guests would gather there and chat thanks to him. Avo and Maryam were warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Maryam, thank you again for making us feel so welcome. The hotel was comfortable and clean, with a great location and a beautiful view of the city. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Maryam made a fantastic breakfast, and Artur, the hotel administrator, made delicious coffee and was always ready to help or answer questions. The owners, Avo and Maryam, treated every guest like family, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and pleasant, with a nice pool. We had a positive, warm experience. Excellent hotel, 5+!
