The apartment was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. It had a keycard for the main entrance. Since it's centrally located, there's a 24/7 supermarket, restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. I'd definitely recommend this place. Keep it up.

It's in a good spot, across from a SAS supermarket and close to major attractions. The kitchen could be better equipped, and sometimes the toilet flush gets stuck.

The location is the main advantage of this small apartment in central Yerevan, in a relatively new building. The kitchen seemed to have everything, though we didn't use it, since good, affordable food is everywhere in Armenia. The rest of the amenities were basic. There was no bath mat or foot towel, the shower stall had no shower head, and there was no threshold to stop water spreading across the floor. Two adults got only two towels, and the toilet wasn't very clean. The bed was extremely hard, the pillows were small, and it creaked constantly. Our windows faced the neighboring building's wall, about half a meter away. Despite the building being relatively new, the renovation looked old, with cracked plaster and walls that used to be white. I'd give the location a 4, amenities a 2, and the place a 3 overall.

The apartment was clean and had Wi-Fi, a TV, a kitchen and plenty of towels. It's well placed, about a ten-minute walk from both Cascade and Republic Square. Card payment is accepted, but you'll need to drive five minutes to the hotel. There's gated parking in the courtyard, though we hadn't been told about the entrance barrier. It was hard to open, and we hadn't been given keys. The shower was awkward, with water leaking into the hallway and no bath mat, and the toilet lock was broken.
