Park Apartments

The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and polite. We didn't get to try the ground-floor restaurant, though it seemed nice. The hotel is in an amazing central spot. The main downside was the tiny room and the bed: it looked like a double, but had two separate mattresses and wasn't comfortable. Recommended.

The rooms are a good size, and the bathrooms have modern fittings, which made the stay comfortable. The cleaning lady did a good job on the bathrooms, but left the beds unmade. Park Boutique Hotel is handy for Centre Square, restaurants, and pubs on foot, with efficient, friendly staff. Breakfast was complimentary and quite nice at The Boulevard, their sister restaurant cum café. I found Park Boutique an affordable place to stay, and would love to return to Armenia, a charming country with friendly citizens and plenty to visit.

The location is hard to beat: in two minutes you're off a lovely tree-lined street and in the middle of the shopping and entertainment. The rooms and public spaces are nicely decorated, clean, and presented with dignity and charm. The staff are well trained, and it feels like a four-star hotel at a three-star price. I'd happily come back anytime.

For a 25euro room and 8 euro breakfast, this is great value. The room was clean, the shower had hot water, and the staff were nice. The restaurant's selection is limited and mostly local, but the food was tasty. There were the usual room annoyances too: the air conditioning unit was noisy, and the bathroom fan made too much noise.
