Awful experience. I booked a double room through Prime Hotel Tours on 01.12.2022 for four nights in Yerevan, Armenia, but this didn’t feel like a hotel. It was a small, old house with several rooms, very unsuitable for a stay. Don’t be fooled by the photos. There were only four rooms, each with just a bed. The room was about 7 degrees at best. When we asked the manager to turn up the heater, he said it wasn’t possible because gas was expensive. We only had thin blankets and no extra one, so we had to sleep in sweaters and jackets. By morning, the room temperature had reached -1. The owner left at 10 p.m., and nobody was responsible for the place until 8 a.m. I stayed the first night, then left on the morning of February 13. The manager refused to return my money and insulted me. I don’t recommend this place at all. Spend a little more and choose somewhere better.
