The location worked well, close to Komitas Avenue, shops, groceries, and everything else we needed. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen and washing machine. The sheets and towels were fresh, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Great value for the money, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone after an affordable stay in Yerevan!

I spent 11 days here and had a really good vacation. Everything was very clean, and I could relax and enjoy my stay. The receptionist and rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated that they understood and spoke English well. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms were clean, but cables were still sticking out on the walls where lights or other appliances seemed to be planned. There was also a strange fan-like blowing noise during our visit, which got a bit annoying.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful. It's also in a great spot, with the city center and plenty of shopping nearby.
