Maria, the owner, made my three-month stay memorable. She went out of her way to make me comfortable, kept adding thoughtful touches like homemade breakfast and new furniture, and seemed to anticipate what I needed. She was also always ready with answers about tours, sights, and local tips. The apartment lives up to its 'boutique hotel' description, with a thoughtful design and attention to detail. It's right in central Yerevan, next to the famous Cascade and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. I loved my time there.

The view from the window shows how lively Yerevan is, with the Cascade right there. The hotel is ideally placed, close to everything, and the people were friendly with good service. Highly recommended, and I'm going back next year. A big thank you to Maria, the hostess. She was very friendly and proper.

Maria, the owner, was as bright as the Armenian sun :))). Breakfast was delicious, and the portions were huge, just like Armenian hospitality. The view of Cascade Park and the nearby monuments made our stay at this boutique hotel memorable for me and my family. We'll be back in summer.

Everything is nearby since the location is right in the city center. The owner was great, and we could ask her anything; nothing seemed like too much trouble. We'll definitely come back.
