The apartments have been refurbished. Layout: kitchenette, bedroom-living room, bathroom, open balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave and electric kettle, a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils for cooking and eating. The bathroom comes with a shower, hair dryer, towels, slippers and toiletries. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the city and the park. It has a double bed, bed linen, air conditioning and Smart TV. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Free Wi-Fi on site will help you stay connected. The building has central heating. The house is guarded around the clock. Parking is organized especially for car travelers. The apartment staff speaks English and Russian.

We’ve now stayed here twice in one month, and both visits left us very satisfied. The rooms are large, clean, and cosy, with a mini kitchen and a little table and chairs for coffee, tea, or a meal. Last time we also had a spacious balcony with seating, handy if you smoke and don’t want to go outside. A baby bed is available too. It’s a great value for families with children, and the staff are genuinely kind. Arevik deserves special thanks for sorting out every little or big issue so quickly. We’ll book again.

We slept really well in the excellent bed, and the apartment had all the appliances we needed, working perfectly. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. A very pleasant stay, definitely recommended! 😊

The apartment’s location made exploring Yerevan easy, with restaurants, cafés, and lively spots close by and the city center within walking distance. Inside, there’s plenty of room, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a huge living room open to the kitchen. The layout gave us privacy as well as space to relax together. The bed was fairly large and comfortable, and we slept well most nights. There were some problems, though. We could hear the upstairs neighbors’ TV and other noise late at night from the bedroom on the right, which made it hard to sleep properly. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and we could have used more toilet paper. The stay was okay overall, and the size, layout, and location are real strengths. Better sound insulation and cleaning would make a big difference.

Shops, restaurants, and major sights were all just around the corner from Sweet Home Apartments Yerevan, which made getting around easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming, home-like feel. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to visiting again.

Our coordinator Liana made the stay especially easy. She was quick to respond, easy to reach, and went out of her way to answer questions and help whenever we needed it. The apartment was in a new building and felt fresh, clean, and modern. Though right in the heart of Yerevan, it was quiet and peaceful inside. A comfortable, central, stress-free place to stay.
