The breakfasts were different each morning, nicely prepared, and tasted like restaurant food. They also brought us fresh fruit, a lovely thoughtful touch. Bagrat made us feel at home throughout our three nights at Tatev Hotel in Yerevan, with restaurant and local attraction recommendations and other helpful extras. After our exhausting overnight train, he let us check in early so we could rest. The rooms were large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. One of the most accommodating hotels we've stayed in, and we'd happily return to Yerevan. Thanks, Bagrat, for all your hard work and genuine hospitality!

The room had all the amenities I needed, and the hotel was conveniently close to everything. Breakfast was fantastic, delicious, and different every day. From the moment I arrived, the welcome felt warm and homely, and Bagrad treated every guest like an old friend. I even felt like I'd found a kind, caring father in Yerevan. It's one of the most amazing, unforgettable trips of my life. Thanks for making me feel so welcome. Yerevan will always stay in my heart, and I'll definitely stay here again.

My experience was well below average. The booking site had wrong information, and nobody tried to resolve the problem. After I reviewed the hotel on the booking site, the manager or owner sent me a WhatsApp message cursing me. I've posted photos of what happened so you can be prepared for what you might find when you arrive.
