The location is ideal, on the pedestrian street near shops, Republic Square, and the Cascade. The Alexander by Bonvoy gave me one of my best Bonvoy stays, even though I'm a member. I felt recognized and welcomed, and the upgrades and warm service made my membership feel like it mattered. I hope other Bonvoy properties reach this standard. Before I arrived, I was upgraded to a room, then upgraded again to a suite when I got there. The room was spacious and excellent, with a large heated bathroom and cozy heating. Staff were professional and welcoming, and service from the restaurant to housekeeping was impeccable. Little touches like chocolates by the bed, fruit plates, and tea each day made the experience feel special. Highly recommended.

Breakfast became a highlight of our stay. On the 12th floor, the dining room looks out over Yerevan, and we watched beautiful sunrises over the city each morning. The music, atmosphere, attentive service, and carefully presented meal made it feel like a ritual. The kitchen deserves special praise too. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented, and it's somewhere I'd want to return to even outside a hotel stay. The location made exploring easy, with attractions, restaurants, and cultural landmarks all within walking distance. The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, sits in a historic building joined to a thoughtfully designed modern extension, and that mix felt both authentic and refined. Inside, the atmosphere was calm and elegant, with genuine hospitality. Staff at reception, housekeeping, and in the dining room were polite, professional, and attentive. Our room was the hotel's largest, spacious, impeccably designed, and felt brand new. Subtle cultural details gave the luxurious decor warmth, and it had everything we needed and more. The personal assistant was always available for luggage, bookings, tours, and other requests, making things easy and stress-free. This is an elegant, welcoming, well-managed hotel, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it for a comfortable, memorable stay in Yerevan.

Breakfast was our favorite part, beautifully presented and delicious in a calm, warm restaurant overlooking Yerevan. We also had a lovely welcome from reception, cozy beds, and a private spa and pool all to ourselves. We had a great stay at Hotel Alexander and will stay here again when we return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alexander. The room was lovely, clean, and well appointed, and the staff were gracious. Breakfast was amazing, with a pastry-making demonstration too. There was a problem with our room the first night, but the staff fixed it while we were out and moved us to another room the next day. Thanks, Ana, at the front desk!

A really nice pool area, friendly service, and a good breakfast. They even left warm chamomile tea in a thermos in our room in the evening. Definitely recommend staying here :)
