The location gives you a view over downtown Yerevan from a steep hill, while keeping you a little away from the center's bustle. The surrounding area is all residential, so you'll need a quick taxi ride to a supermarket or restaurant. It takes 5-10 minutes outside rush hour, depending on traffic, and costs very little. Our clean, generously sized room had a small kitchenette and separate bedroom and living room areas. It's a lovely guesthouse with basic hotel standards, and a decent place to stay at a very reasonable price if you want to enjoy the city without being right in the middle of it.

I stayed in Yerevan for three nights on my own. Snow made getting around inconvenient, but the service and comfort were good, and the scenery is really lovely. I'd recommend it for travelers who are steady on their feet.

We stayed past check-out by a little and the staff didn't mind. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly cheap. The hotel is close to the city center, just a cab ride away, and the balcony was a nice place to hang out with friends for a while, with a great view of the city. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative.
