The hostess was genuinely kind, wonderful, and helpful, and did everything she could to make me comfortable. There were pots and pans in the kitchen, though having oil and basic spices would have helped with cooking. The cooker was electric, so when the electricity went out, everything stopped. Hopefully that doesn’t happen often. The hard part was sharing the kitchen with other guests. They had taken over the space and weren’t letting me use it. I had to get ready quickly and go to bed because I was leaving for the airport in a few hours. The host knew that, but still asked the others to use the kitchen before me. She could have suggested we share the space. I waited a long time, then had to step in because I couldn’t wait any longer. When I told the host, she just shrugged. I think she needs to tell guests who are causing trouble to share the kitchen with everyone. There isn’t another way to handle it.

The beds were really comfy, the showers had great pressure, and there was a clothes drying rack in the bathroom. The room was smaller than I expected, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay. We could hear neighbors through the hall. Quiet hours are 2200-0800, and with our white noise machine we were fine. The host was friendly and helpful, though her English was limited. Everything was good!

We stayed for 9 nights and found the location okay, not inconvenient. Republic Square is about 15 minutes away on foot or 8 minutes by taxi. The room was clean and well managed, the staff were very kind, and we could use the kitchen. I was satisfied with our stay. A Yandex taxi from the city centre costs about 700-1500 dram. I recommend this guest house to budget travellers.

The big, well-equipped kitchen in the basement was great, and our room was very clean. After five nights, we really felt at home and didn’t want to leave.

The rooms are super good, neat, clean, and beautiful, and there’s a backyard and a common kitchen where everything is done together. The hotel is very systematic, and the receptionist was so helpful, caring, kind, and supportive. The other people working there were very kind too. I love this hotel.
